A referral from your family physician or another qualified healthcare provider is required to schedule a consultation. Please ensure you have updated weight-bearing foot and ankle X-rays prior to your first appointment. Once your referral has been received, our office will review and triage. When an appointment becomes available, our office will contact you directly by telephone to schedule your visit.
When you arrive for your first appointment you will fill out an intake form from the front desk.
All consultations, pre-operative, operative and post-operative care are covered through Alberta Health.
